You can recharge your account 24/7, simply by pression star and pound (* #), after calling the access number.

 

Below is step by step instructions on how to recharge the account with your phone.

 

1 - Call the access number and you will hear your balance.

 

2 - After you hear you balance, dial star (*) then pound (#).

 

3 - Press 1 to recharge your account with credit card

 

4 - Press 1 to add 10 dollars, press 2 to add 20 dollars

 

5 - Enter you credit/debit card number followed by pound #

 

6 - Enter expiration number followed by pound. For example, for April 2013, enter 0413#.

 

7 - Enter CVC code followed by pound. For VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER - three digits on the back side of your card; For AMERICAN EXPRESS - four digits in front of your card.

 

8. Enter your zip code followed by pound. That's it!!!
